Kawasaki Gas Turbines Americas (KGTA)  Service Center in Houston, Texas  utilizes Kawasaki's TECHNO-NET monitoring system that can monitor Kawasaki Gas Turbine Power plants in any region of the world  24 hours per day..  Our system monitors unit perfromance via the internet and is used to prevent equipment failures - increasing unit availability and reliability.   Techno-Net is also a useful tool in maintenance management.    KHI in Japan is also tied in with this service via Kawaaki intranet.  All system data is monitored and recorded hourly, as well as start signlas and first out malfunction signals.  Additionally, predictive and preventative maintenance is also accomplished by analysis of thermal cycles and unit vibration data. 

KGTA also maintains a large inventory of spare parts on the most common replacement items.  Our goal is to effectively maximize Turbine uptime and improve overall performance. Special orders can normally be filled on short notice, speeding the in-house or on-site process.  Our field maintenance is backed by our GT parts warehouses in Houston, and Grand Rapids Michigan.

KGTA  offers  Long terms service agreements with the sales of our GT packaged power plants.  These contracts are customized to your meet your needs They typcially range from 5 to 10 years in duration.   We also offer quick on site turn arounds,  during engine major overhaul times through our lease pool engine swap out program.  This allows us to simply swap out an engine with a factory zero timed engine,  reducing on site engine down time to a matter of days.
