GPB30DGPB30D Ideal for base load electric generation from 2 to 3 MW's in areas requiring a Green engine with reduced engine emissions.
The GPB30D packged power plant, utilizes Kawasaki's Dry Low Emissions combustion sytem technology to assure reduce emissions.  This unit offers electrical efficiency of 30% and an overall Cogeneration thermal efficiency of 80%.  It is ideal for use in areas requring base load operation and reduced engine emissions in the 2 to 3 Mw power range.   This GT unit is designed for use in: industrial process plant applications, Ethanol plants, Hotels, Data centers, Shopping malls, Hospitals, Universities, Office and apartment- condominium complexes with district heating and cooling loads, Pharmaceuticals, LNG Terminals, City electric rail and subway sytems, and other facilities with significant thermal and electrical loads.

The GPB30D is ideal for use in areas requiring low engine emissions in regulated emissions areas.  Electric power canbe proivded to either 50 or 60 Hz systems.  Applications include: Shopping malls, industrial process plants,  hospitals, universities / colleges, office and apartment complexes incorporating district heating and cooling loads, pharmaceuticals, City electric rail and subway systems, LNG Terminals, and other facilities with significant thermal and electrical loads.

  • 4160 V open drip proof type air cooled generator with brushless PMG exciter
  • Heavy-duty I beam steel base-frame providing support our TG engine, primed and painted
  • Lube oil system includes motor driven main lube oil pump, duplex filters, air cooled lube oil heat exchanger, static vent demister
  • Fuel gas system with block and bleed valves
  • Fire and gas detection with CO2 suppression system
  • State-of-the-art PLC control - Allen Bradley PLC Control system
  • Inlet filter house with weather louvers, and 3 stage static depth loading box type filter system using water resistant synthetic media
