Ideal for generators who demand reliable base load operation of 16 to 18 MW's operating in areas that allow higher exhaust emissions compared to regulated areas.
The GPB180 packaged power plant uses our L20 engine which is a derivative /scaled up version of our proven M7A gas turbine engine. The GPB180 provides reliable base loaded power in the 16 to 18 Mw range for use in areas that do not have emissions regulations. Unit can be designed for either 50 or 60 Hz operation. This unit is engineered for use in: Utilities, industrial process plants, Refineries, Hotels, Hospitals, Universities, Data centers, electric rail systems, LNG terminals, shopping malls and other applications with significant CHP and electrical loads.
